The purpose of this study is to reveal the relation between "dark trio" personality traits and "organizational exclusion" and to determine the direction of this relationship. This research was conducted in order to determine whether individuals were excluded from the organization they were affiliated with by considering their personalities in business life. The problem proposition of research is: Is there a relationship between dark triple personality and organizational exclusion? In the first part of the study, the dark triple personality structures; the concepts of narcissism, psychopathy and Machiavellianism, characteristics, personality structures are emphasized. In the second part, the concept of organizational exclusion, its characteristics, its implications, its consequences and its relation to the dark triad dimensions are discussed. In the third part of the study, the dark trio and organizational exclusion scales used and analyzes of these scales are included. The universe of the research is the academic and administrative staff of Sakarya University. The sample of the study consists of 300 participants. Correlation and Regression analyzes, Mann – Whitney , Kruskal - Wallis tests and descriptive statistics were used in the analysis of the questionnaire. As a result of the study, there are no differences according to gender, marital status, personnel variables according to organizational exclusion and dark triple personality structure. There is a significant difference in organizational exclusion of employees in terms of education, age and income levels. In terms of demographics in general terms, there is a significant relationship between dark triple personality structure and organizational exclusion. As a result of the obtained data, there is a positively meaningful relationship between dark triad dimensions and organizational exclusion.
