The research, is a research carried out according to the "mixed research method". This for the purpose, besides the difference, relationship and impact tests, to the opinions of the manager with qualitative research, it has been used. This research aims to make objective generalizations. the subjective of individuals with quantitative and scientific knowledge based on positivist epistemology qualitative research based on interpretative understanding that assumes that it may consist of comments. It was carried out according to the mixed method using tradition together. In the research mixed method was chosen to take advantage of the strengths of both methods. According to the research findings, organizational health perceptions and employee performance It was understood that there was a significant relationship between their perceptions.
