Last year one of the most popular topics in social responsibility, institutions and individuals in society the relationship between what was important and institutions of society sensitive to the needs and problems need to demonstrate an approach that is necessary to have an important place. A lot of work in the literature on this topic, it is done, any sense of social responsibility in local government is working.The main objective of this study, local administration organizations, one of the municipalities in all areas of our life is to investigate the feasibility of the concept of social responsibility. Working in the first part of the local management institutions and their relations with central administration and local administration has emphasized the understanding of social responsibility and social responsibility management were examined in detail. In the second section, social sensitivity, social responsibility and social performance of working on issues that have been made and their relationship with each other and their ties with local governments were examined. In the third section, the Çankaya Municipality on the social responsibility of a survey is done, has put in place the necessary results.According to the findings, reachedemployees' perceptions of social responsibility of citizens in part from the perception of social responsibility is understood to go low. Participate in research activities of the municipality with the highest perception of the perceived size of social responsibility to the responsibility for health, the minimum size of social responsibility is the responsibility of the city and against the environment. Moreover, the average of all the social responsibility dimension of social responsibility perception of women and married men is understood to be more than the unmarried. According to the results of correlation analysis of our research is the third hypothesis is that the relationship between dimensions of social responsibility has emerged.
