Ramil Ilham oglu Hasanov (born June 18, 1990, in Ganja, Azerbaijan) is the Director of the Institute of Research and Development at Mingachevir State University, a PhD(c) in Economics, and a lecturer in the Department of Management. He holds a BA in Political Science from Baku State University and an MBA in Business Organization and Management, partly completed at the University of Jaén, Spain, with professional training experience in several European companies. Hasanov has authored over 50 scholarly works, including more than 20 articles in Scopus and Web of Science–indexed journals. He has presented at numerous international conferences, received best paper awards, and authored two books. His professional experience spans industry and academia, with expertise in economics and industrial management, and participation in training programs by leading international companies.
