Biography

Professor Selcuk Cebi is a professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Yildiz Technical University. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2010.

Between 2002 and 2005, he worked as a research assistant at Karadeniz Technical University, followed by a research assistant position at Istanbul Technical University from 2005 to 2010. Following his doctoral studies, he served as an Assistant Professor (2010-2013) and an Associate Professor (2013-2015) at Karadeniz Technical University before joining Yildiz Technical University as an Associate Professor in 2015, where he was appointed as a professor in 2019.

His doctoral research focused on decision support systems, fuzzy modeling, and axiomatic design. He has served as a researcher and manager in numerous national projects funded by both private and public sectors. Since 2019, he has been the co-chair of the International Conference on Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (INFUS).
