The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the degree of accountibility and organizational justice relation withing a public establishment named Tüvasaş. In the first chapter of the study the main focus is on the concept of accountibility, and in the second chapter, the focus is on organizational justice. In the third and final chapter, we focused on the research data and the findings. In this study, “Scale of accountibility in Higher Education Institutions” adapted for public officials, which was developed by Diğdem Doğan (2015) and tested for reliability and validity was used as an assesment instrument. In order to measure the Organizational Justice, Justice Scale's Turkish version which was used by Fatma Yıldırım (2007) was used as an assesment instrument. In this study, Relational Screening Model was used as a screening model. The population of this research consists of 1103 Tüvasaş employees and the sampling of the research consist of 337 people whom were selected by convenience sampling method. For data analysis, SPSS 20.0 package program was used. The data were analysed with regression analysis methods and according to the findings, it was seen that there has been a positive and statistically significant relationship between the accountibility and organizational justice. Further, it was clearly seen that when investgating the effect of accountiblity on organizational justice, it is statistically significant and the degree of statement of accountibility for the organizational justice is above % 50. The findings of this study provide great importance in order to determine the accountibility and the perception of justice with scientific means, and help find solutions and suggestions in order to eliminate the existing negative senses on the subject.
