The influence of additions of nanofillers (NF) containing nanoparticles (NP) of the copper oxide stabilized by polymer matrix of polyethylene of high pressure (HPPE) prepared by mechano-chemical method on peculiarities of properties of mixture thermoplastic elastomers on the basis of isotactic polypropylene (PP) and ethylene propylene diene elastomer (SKEPT) by a method of X-ray phase (RPhA) analysis has been investigated. It has been shown that an introduction of metal-containing NF in PP/SKEPT leads to the increase of strength and rheological properties of the nanocomposites (NC), melting point grows from 135 to 145 С. The crystallization process of the prepared NC has been investigated by dilatometric method. It has been shown that NP of the copper oxide introduced in composition of PP/SKEPT favors improvement of the crystallization process of system forming in this relatively fine spherulitic structure
