The article is devoted to the organoleptic and physicochemical examination of the quality indicators of margarine oils sold in the consumer market of our republic. During the organoleptic examination, the appearance, structure, taste and smell of margarine were determined. During the physicochemical examination, the moisture, acidity and fat content of margarine oil were determined.
