State Regulation of Family Businesses in the EU and Azerbaijan: A Comparative Analysis

`Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized family businesses play a crucial role in enhancing social welfare by creating jobs people. The study of approaches applied to the state regulation of family businesses in sample EU countries and in Azerbaijan holds significant scientific relevance as a main objective. We used literature review, content analysis, comparative analysis, and logical generalization methods. The findings contribute to the expansion of the scientific literature and to the improvement of approaches aimed at the development of family businesses.
