The aim of teaching the subject is to provide students with an introduction to ecology, basic rules, concepts, the environment, the concept of landscape, and detailed information about ecological factors, as well as to help students understand and explain the layers of the atmosphere, individual ecology, abiotic factors and their effects on the organism, population ecology, biocenosis ecology, ecosystem, its characteristics, the biosphere and the cycle of substances in the biosphere, the world's large ecosystems, the essence of soil ecology, species diversity, biodiversity and biological relationships, marine and aquatic ecology, and the essence of applied ecology in more depth.
