The article clearly outlines the positions of the advertiser and the advertising company, which are the main participants in the advertising process, and explains in detail the stages of building this process. Another important point in the creation of innovative advertising is the definition of the company's budget. Here are 5 detailed budgeting methods. Each method shows the formulas that are important for calculating the advertising budget. In particular, the strengths and weaknesses of each method are explained in detail, as well as the choice and expediency of which method is appropriate to the firm's objectives is determined. The article explores ways to evaluate the effectiveness of an advertising company. The meanings of the term “effectiveness” in advertising are explained, and the main goals of advertising are identified, by defining obstacles to achieving these goals and ways to overcome them. In addition, innovative advertising media used in Azerbaijan in recent years were studied on the basis of surveys and statistics. Internet advertising and mobile messaging, which are considered to be innovative advertising media, have been found to be more widely used in recent years, and economic development and pandemic conditions around the world were cited as the main reasons for this.
