Qısa məlumat

The aim of this research is to empirically evaluate the impact of motivation systems on employee performance, using the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) as a case study. To this end, a structured questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 SOCAR employees. The survey data collected was analyzed using the SPSS software. Additionally, to gain deeper insights into managerial perspectives on motivation policies and real-life management practices, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 1 0 managers. The findings indicate that a welldesigned and fair motivation system not only enhances employee engagement but also plays a critical role in achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
