The new type of coronovirus, Covid-19, which appeared in front of the modern civilization of the countries of the world with the dictates of a hegemon and created global problems, spread rapidly, weakened the world economy, and instilled a sense of fear in people about the environment, and showed various effects in different directions. As a way out of the complicated situation, our state mobilized important means and financial resources to mitigate the losses. Nevertheless, the pandemic affected the country's economy. The effects caused economic setbacks and paralysis in a number of areas. Their recovery required the strengthening of developing sectors of the country's economy. In the context of such a tension, socio-economic decline in the economy was naturally considered normal. On the other hand, such a situation revealed the countries' self-sufficiency opportunities and the strong and weak sides of their economy.
Dünya ölkələrinin müasir sivilizasiyası qarşısına hegemon diktəsi ilə çıxan və qlobal problemlər yaradan koronovirusun yeni növü Covid-19 virusu sürətlə yayılaraq, dünya iqtisadiyyatını zəiflədir, insanlarda isə ətraf mühitə münasibətdə qorxu hissini aşılayaraq müxtəlif istiqamətlərdə müxtəlif təsirini göstərirdi. Yaranmış mürəkkəb vəziyyətdən çıxış yolu kimi, dövlətimiz vacib vasitələri və maliyyə resurslarını səfərbər edərək vəziyyəti yumşaltma istiqamətində itkilərə qarşı tədbirlər həyata keçirirdi. Buna baxmayaraq, pandemiya ölkə iqtisadiyyatına təsir edirdi. Təsirlər bir sıra sahələrdə iqtisadi geriləmələrə və iflic hallara səbəb olurdu. Onların bərpası ölkə iqtisadiyyatının qarşısında inkişafda olan sahələrin güclənməsini şərtləndirirdi. Belə bir gərginlik zəminində iqtisadiyyatda sosial-iqtisadi geriləmə təbii ki, normal sayılırdı. Digər tərəfdən də, belə vəziyyət ölkələrin özünü təminat imkanlarını, iqtisadiyyatının güclü və zəif tərəflərini üzə çıxartdı.
