The most common and principial theories of concept of the fourth industrial revolution and results presenting ecology, energetics, law are looked through in the article. Threat and calls of digitalisation processes for ecology are analyzed. It has been shown that the reaction responding on time to large calls of the fourth industrial revolution ought to include adequate “green” technologies, making product or services environment. It has been proved that the basic progress in ecological security will not become possible until economical increase, not being dependent on anything, new technologies are not united with natural limiters and indicators which are adequately connected to economical development temps of “ increase limit” of human expansion. Strategical intendion problems directing to the digitalisation of the ecological environment have been analysed. The importance of making odd comprehensions which are appretiate to the strategical intendion in the country and giving legal descriptions to each of these comprehensions has been brought ahead. The article has been aimed to the improvement of legalty in ecological environment, development of legal realisation mechanisms of appreciate programs and advancement of practice of applying for law too.
