The review of works, in which the problem of a discharge and filling of viscous mineral oil from tanks is considered at transportation by railway or by motor transport, is given. The problem of application of various ways of warming of the "stiffened" mineral oil for better improvement of discharge process from transport reservoirs and reservoirs of storage is investigated.
