Ischemic heart diseases are an important part of peaple who admits to emergency department because of chest pain. Although there are a lot of advanced diagnostic procedure. ECG is still the easiest, quick and the cheep way. But its sensitivity is % 40-65 in 10 minutes after admittance. In patients who are diagnosed as AMI % 20-40 of them have nonspesific and % 1-10 have normal findings. These are also pathologic ECG findings in some diseases like intracranial hemorrhage. Emergency doctor who acces the patients to emergency service has to know that first ECG isn't enough to rule out AMI and there are some other diseases that leads to pathologic ECG findings.
