The article is devoted to the expansion of electronic services in the liberated territories ofAzerbaijan. Scientific-analytical and comparative analysis of the aspects that necessitate theexpansion of electronic services in the liberated territories of our country, their current state, theimprovement of the mechanism of their expansion have done.The revival of liberated Karabakh and surrounding regions, the expansion of e-services toensure the satisfaction of citizens, as well as the achievement of scientific and technologicaldevelopment in these areas have highlighted the urgency of this issue. The main purpose of thearticle is to study the factors that necessitate e-services in the liberated territories, to analyze andevaluate the expansion of e-services. The main research methods - analysis, comparative-analytical analysis, statistical analysis, evaluation and other methods were used. The articlecovers the expansion of e-services only in the liberated Karabakh and surrounding regions ofAzerbaijan. Accelerate the recovery and reconstruction of e-government and e-services in theliberated territories, as well as the achievement of citizen satisfaction.Key words: information and communication technologies, e-government, e-services,protection of global peace and security, ensuring sustainable development.
