In this article,It is shown that the level of integration and cooperation between Turkish Republics is insufficient. According to the writer, the existing attempts about this topic are assessed in the framework of cooperation and integration theories. But these attempts are seen to be insufficient for the Turkish union on social, cultural and economical fields. Morever, it is possible to witness some contradictional policies about this topic are conducted by those states. The necessity of liberalization of capital and labor movements between these countries is emphasized and the eliminating of handicaps between Turkish republics on this subject is highlighted in the article. Also, we believe that the attempts between Turkish Republics must be arranged in the multilateral framework more than bileteral framework.
