Qısa məlumat

This study explores the challenges and strategies of transforming organizational culture within healthcare settings in the post-pandemic era, recognizing it as one of the most complex leadership tasks. By focusing on how organizational capabilities and core competencies can drive successful change management, the research provides critical insights into cultural transformation. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews with ten purposively selected healthcare professionals, analyzed using NVivo software. Quantitative data were gathered through a survey of 300 respondents, utilizing random clustered probability sampling, and analysis with SPSS. The findings highlight the importance of leadership in navigating sustainable cultural change, emphasizing that a well-aligned organizational culture is essential for successful change initiatives. This study offers valuable implications for academic researchers and healthcare practitioners seeking to implement enduring cultural transformations in an evolving healthcare landscape.
