Regulation of the activities of banks as the most active participants
in the global financial market is a set of measures in the field of
financial and economic relations aimed at streamlining the functioning
of market institutions, both at the national, and at the regional and
international levels. The significant place of regulation of the banking
system is determined by the goals that can be achieved with its help:
