The main objective of this research work is the development of methods for improvement of transnational business regulation in the context of integration processes on the basis of transnational corporations (TNC) and formation of a new approach to the phenomenon of operating integration structures in Azerbaijan Republic. According to the set aim the following task was solved: to define the degree of influence of transnationalism on efficiency of transnational corporations. The classification of regulation process of transnational corporations via the following cumulative parameters: the parameters of index indicators of TNC, index of transnationalism of TNC, index of involved incoming investments of TNC, index of potential investments.
