The photoluminescence properties of (La2O3)0·05(As2S3)0·90(Er2O3)0.05 combination in the visible region at different temperatures were investigated. Inclusion two impurity lead to completely disappearing of maximum belonging to As2S3 in (La2O3)0·05(As2S3)0·90(Er2O3)0.05 combination and to sharp increasing in the intensity of photoluminescence spectrum. Sharp increase in the intensity of photoluminescence in interatomic transition of Er3+ ion which covering 600–750 nm region, in particular 4 F9/2 → 4I15/2 transition.
