At the turn of the 21st century, the notion of human labor and attitudes to one's own existence has changed, allowing the biosphere to be transformed into a new geological situation that reflects a great change in the scientific thinking of mankind that occurs once every millennium. It is with labor and understanding of the biosphere that we can move to the noosphere (the realm of logic). For this, it is necessary to be able to control spontaneous processes and give them an organized character. It assumes the role of a guide to the processes of change in human life on the driving forces of the development of society. Achieving any harmony of the subjects of the socio-economic system is considered as a tactical goal, and the stability of its activities is considered as a strategic goal. In traditional theory, the usefulness of any blessing is determined only by its usefulness to individual people. In practice, there are blessings that are beneficial to society, but completely useless to the individual. The reason here is an unconditional commitment to the principle of methodological individuality.
Bazar iqtisadiyyatı və liberal ideologiya tandemində belə bir təsəvvür bərqərardır ki, ictimai dəyişikliklərdə əsas fərdi azadlıqldır, o hərəkətverici qüvvələri oyadır, irəliyə doğru hərəkət yaradır və dünyanın quruluşunu dəyişir. Burda qanunauyğunluğ ondan ibarətdir ki, onun inkişafının hərəkətverici qüvvəsi daima sərvəti və onun atributlarını təqib edir. Fərdin və cəmiyyətin maraqlarının ayrılması baş verir, bu proses maraqlar inkişaf etdikcə dərinləşir və genişlənir. O özündə belə ictimai – iqtisadi sistemin daxilində artan ziddiyyətin əlamətini daşıyır, bu ziddiyyət yalnız özü qurulan bazar mexanizmləri ilə aradan qaldırılmır. Belə şəraitdə istehlak cəmiyyətinin stabil fəaliyyətinin hər hansı uzunmüddətli dövrü haqqında danışmaq çətindir, uzunmüddətli perspektivdə onun çiçəklənməsi haqqında isə xüsusən çətindir
