Choosing the right job is the most important decision that will affect the life of every person. For this purpose, in the article, a decision matrix consisting of alternatives from different organizations and factors in the choice of work is given. The problem is solved using the WASPAS approach. At the same time, since the decision matrix has Z-information, mathematical operations based on Z-numbers were used to solve the problem. Finally, the selection of the best workplace is done through a Z-score based approach to compare the alternatives. The obtained results once again confirm the effectiveness of this approach.
