In article disclosed the nature of investments in real estate and clarified its instruments, estab lished forms of income from investing of housing construction, had been identified the reasons for the attractive ness of the real estate market, potential investors. At the same time, was grounded the need to identify manage ment tools of investment management of housing construction in Azerbaijan, identified the reasons for the forma tion of the mortgage risks, assessed the current state of mortgage lending in Azerbaijan and had been identified its prospects.
В данной статье раскроена сущность инвестиций в недвижимость и уточнены ее инструменты, определены формы дохода от инвестирования жилищного строительства, причины привлекательности рынка недвижимости для потенциальных инвесторов. Вместе с тем, обоснована необходимость определения инструментов управления инвестирования жилищного строительства в Азербайджане, выявлены причины возникновения ипотечных рисков, оценено современное состояние ипотечного кредитования в Азербайджане и определены перспективы ее развития.
