The main purpose of this research is to develop ways of improving the regulation

of transnational business in the conditions of integration processes on the basis of studies

of a new concept of formation of transnational corporations (TNCs) and a new approach to

the phenomenon of the existing integration structures in the Azerbaijan Republic. The article

defines the main directions of regulation of transnational business and identifies certain legal

aspects of transnational corporations, proposes methods, tools, and mechanisms of regulation

of TNCs, characterizes structural changes in the activities of transnational corporations both

at the global and local levels.
