The main objective of the research is to investigate the components of honey that affect health and the significance of these effects for the human body. To achieve this goal, several tasks were set: a review of scientific literature on the use of honey in traditional and modern medicine was conducted, a comparative analysis of the organoleptic and physicochemical properties of honey and its various types was carried out, and the quality indicators of honey were evaluated based on laboratory results and theological aspects.
