The article explores humanitarian crises in the digital age and the role of information technology in their management and resolution. In an era of rapid technological advancement, digital tools are becoming increasingly important for monitoring, coordinating and providing assistance in humanitarian disasters. Both the advantages and disadvantages of using these technologies are analyzed, including limited access to digital infrastructure and cultural barriers that may prevent their effective use. Particular attention is paid to innovative approaches. The article highlights the need for further development of inclusive digital solutions that can cope with complex vulnerabilities and marginalization, and also examines the potential threats of information technology.
