This study is about relationships between Unregstered Economy and Corruption. Especially, Corruption is investigated as one of the main stimulative factors of Unregistered Economy and presented Azerbaijan initiatives of struggle against this problem.

Firstly, it is explained consept of Unregistered Economy on a large scale. In this part, we discuss structure, terms and consequences of Unregistered Economy and necessity of struggle against this problem.

Secondly, it is explained different and alike aspects of Unregistered Economy, Corruption and Bribery on a large scale.

Next sections, we clarify mutual relation between Corruption and Unregistered Economy, measures of Corruption and Unregistered Economy of Azerbaijan Economy.

Finally, it is presented initiatives of struggle against Corruption in Azerbaijan Republic widely.
