Qısa məlumat

The objective of this paper was to develop an intuitionistic fuzzy pattern recognition model for evaluation of ecological civilization level index (ECLI), that is one of the main challenges of last decades. The main assets of this research are taking into account the fuzziness of input data and practicing the fuzzy logic extension-based instruments. This ECLI concept envelops economic, social, and environmental indicators and addresses ecological civilization within global sustainable development. There exist numerous approaches in assessment of ECLI covering various indicators, but with the aim to obtain globally comparable index, in this research we focused on 25 important and up-to-date indicators that stand for Green Economy Quality, Social Quality and Ecological Quality sub-indices. The difference of the current study than earlier literatures is in the application of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory for the assessment of ECLI that integrate some important tools in the generated algorithm. The significance of this work is the proposed models for the computation of the ECLI and assessment its level expressed in linguistic terms. The algorithm mainly covers intuitionistic fuzzy weight assessment, intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation and intuitionistic fuzzy pattern recognition instruments. The problem corresponding to the fuzzy model were solved by using information on Azerbaijan over the considered years.
