Qısa məlumat

Abstract: The transmission and photoluminescence spectra of InSe nanoparticles, obtained by pulsed laser ablation in liquid, are experimentally studied. A pulsed Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of λ = 1064 nm, a duration of 10 ns, and an energy of 135 mJ per pulse is used as the radiation source. Using X-ray diffraction analysis, the structure and size of the nanoparticles are determined, which turn out to be 10–45 nm. It is shown that the observed features in the transmission and photoluminescence spectra of the InSe nanoparticle are caused by exciton–exciton interaction.
