Global political and economic processes, trade disputes and the worst crisis of the XXI century, the Covid-19 pandemic and its bitter consequences have forced all mankind, all segments of society and resources to fight this crisis. The threat of coronavirus, along with health concerns, has been accompanied by restrictions on the movement of goods and services, and the collapse of global commodity markets and production. The agricultural sector, one of the strategic areas of economy, gain special importance at the time, when climate change is intensifying, the world's population is rapidly growing and its food security is becoming an important issue. People's healthy life, normal development and effective activity depend on the opportunities of this field. It should be noted that despite the relative weight of food-related sectors in our country, these areas were not closed during the pandemic and the population was continuously provided with food products. Due to its connection to both economic and social problems, the agriculture as an important non-oil sector has become one of the structural sectors of the national economy. It produces 6% of the country's GDP. As a source of industrial raw materials, two-thirds of the necessary consumer goods are provided by agriculture sector. From this point of view, the agricultural sector is of special importance as one of the main directions of economic diversification and expansion of its export potential. In other words, as a non-oil industry there are more development opportunities and high export potential in agriculture sector. The agrarian sector also covers the problems of the social sphere, accounting for 47% of the country's population and 37% of the employment level.
