Qısa məlumat

Abstract: Language is not only a means of communication but also a carrier of national identity, historical memory, and cultural heritage. This article examines the normative protection of the Azerbaijani language and its integration into mother-tongue education. It highlights challenges such as syntactic, semantic, and punctuation errors frequently observed in social networks and public communication. Emphasis is placed on the strategic role of language policies, especially the State Program on the use of Azerbaijani in the era of globalization. The article underscores the importance of standardization in education through orthographic and orthoepic dictionaries and supports integrating technological tools to enhance language learning. It advocates for strengthening mother-tongue education as a key factor in preserving linguistic integrity, promoting cultural identity, and ensuring effective communication. Recommendations include revising curricula, teacher training, and public awareness to protect the literary standards of the Azerbaijani language in both academic and social spheres.
