Low-frequency resistivity oscillations were observed in dysprosium-doped indium selenide single crystals during the slow isothermal relaxation of dark resistivity. The oscillation parameters were found to depend on temperature, illumination intensity and wavelength, applied voltage, and dopant content. The resistivity oscillations are believed to be associated with the depletion of Dy-related traps.
