Qısa məlumat

The analysis of the main stages of the life cycle of engineering products is given. Three optimization problems are set for the design, manufacture and operation of the machine. The principles of rational operation and product design are formulated. Methods are proposed for determining the optimal production program and calculating the maximum possible profit of a machine-building enterprise. The conclusion is made about the need to organize production according to a new type - mass quick-change. This direction in the design of parts and structures of machines involves a different design methodology from the traditional way and consists in the following. The formulating the global goal of product design in the form of the economically feasible service life, established by studying the current market conditions for analogues with regard to the purpose of the material base of the manufacturer. Identification of the physical nature of the processes leading to product failure, and the search for appropriate mathematical models that describe the current state of the machine in terms of strength (static, dynamic and fatigue), rigidity, corrosion resistance, heat and tribo resistance. This stage should take into account the failure statistics obtained as a result of the inspection (defect) of worn products at the stage of their disposal. The stage of the direct design of the first version of the product and the construction of its components both by traditional methods, and using optimization methods for particular objective functions. The stage of the direct design of the first version of the product and the construction of its components both by traditional methods, and using optimization methods for particular objective functions. Comparison of the performance characteristics of the components and details of the product with EFSL and progressively to equalize the stages of service life by changing their shapes, sizes, properties of the construction materials and work surfaces by design structual or technological methods. However, both an increase and a decrease is possible in the durability of certain details. The basis for the optimization of the life cycle of the machine should be a provision on the existence of an economically viable term product service, which corresponds to the minimum total costs of the manufacturer and consumer. The effectiveness of the machine manufacturing phase directly depends on the accuracy of the purpose of the production program and the rational organization of the transition to the manufacture of a new product. To obtain the maximum value of profit, it is necessary to reduce the tact of production, and the production base of the enterprise should operate on the principle of mass quick change production. The design of the product should be aimed, first of all, at ensuring its economically sound service life by achieving an equal margin of durability for all its components. The optimal design is designed on the principles of equal strength, uniform wear and other private objective functions that ensure uniform distribution of operational properties.
