The rapid development of information and communication networks and nanotechnologies, the transition from microelectronics to nano and optoelectronics as a new core of information technologies, along with the wide application of materials with special technological properties, are the main trends of world technological development. Thus, serious and successful steps have been taken in the field of information society building and computerization in the Republic of Azerbaijan. One of the main tasks of the state policy implemented in this field is the wide application of ICT in various areas of society, especially in the education system. The application of ICT in education is a matter of high importance that directly affects the formation of a new generation of Azerbaijani citizens with modern knowledge and skills. It is for this reason that the development of ICT infrastructure in the education system and bringing the application of ICT in education to the level of world standards has been one of the priority directions in our country in recent years.
