The main goal of writing a textbook for laboratory work in the subject "Food Raw Material Commodity Science and Anatomy" is to first teach students in more detail the structure and shape of plant and animal cells, their tissues, the internal organs of domestic animals and birds, as well as the anatomical structure of meat and fish in a laboratory setting using microscopy.
