The purpose of the study is to determine ways to improve the level of information and communication technologies (ICT) use in order to effective decision-making in enterprises. For this purpose, the level of ICT use of enterprises in some countries was investigated, and the role of ICT in effective decision-making was explained, and the factors affecting the level of ICT use of enterprises were analyzed. Also, in the study, the effects of the level of ICT use of enterprises in Azerbaijan on their economic indicators were evaluated. In the end, appropriate recommendations were given in order to increase the level of ICT use in enterprises.
