Abstract

The effect of the ZrO 2 modifier on the thermoelectric properties and Hall coefficient of undoped and Pb- or Te-doped extruded Bi 0.85Sb 0.15 solid solutions was studied. The modifier was found to increase carrier mobility and lattice thermal conductivity owing to a more uniform dislocation distribution. © 1999 MAHK "Hayka/Interperiodica".
