ABSTRACT
Metrological
support plays a key role in the quality management system at textile
enterprises.
Metrology
provisions contribute to the implementation of activities related to the
management of experimental, measuring and control equipment. In order to
achieve high results in the field of QMS, the organization must create a
quality system for metrological support, thanks to which the functioning of the
quality system at the enterprise is developed and maintained. For this purpose,
documents are created that regulate the main processes that implement various
metrological support activities.
When developing a
metrological quality management system, all the principles of ISO 9001 should
be applied, but before applying these standards at the enterprise, they should
be interpreted in accordance with metrological support.
The metrological
elements required to implement this service are:
• Final
measurement results;
• Results of
calibration and verification of measuring equipment, including data after
repair;
• Results of
metrological examination of various documents;
• Methods by which
measurements were taken;
• Results of
studying the measuring system at the enterprise;
• Results of
metrological attestation of experimental equipment.
• Reports
reflecting the results of metrological assessment, control, etc.
To perform all the
functions of metrological support in the field of quality management, it is
necessary to create a metrological service. The main documents of this section
are the “quality instructions for metrological service”. This document contains
information on metrology in the field of quality, the structure of the metrological
service at the enterprise, the functions for all elements of the system, the
area in which this section is applied, activities, etc., the persons
responsible for it are indicated. [5]
Metrological
assurance plays an important role in quality management, ensuring accurate
measurement of various parameters of finished products, as well as production
activities in general. As a result, the products fully meet the requirements of
consumers, and the enterprise carries out efficient production, achieving high
economic indicators.
This directly
affects the measurement accuracy, operational performance and overall business
sustainability in a highly competitive environment. In recent years, the
development of technology and innovative measurement methods has created new
opportunities for improving product quality, optimizing production processes
and reducing costs. In the context of globalization, the textile industry is
facing increasing demands on product quality, which requires the use of modern
technologies, including automation, digitalization, and innovative measurement
methods. The article examines international experience in the application of
modern approaches to metrological assurance in the textile industry and
analyzes their economic efficiency. Methods for the use of automation, digital
technologies, and integration of metrology systems into global supply chains
are discussed. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about best
practices that can be adapted for use in local enterprises.
