Abstract
Modern conditions made important and urgent tasks, such as the formation on regional industrial complexes, the expansion of international economic agreements , and the justification of the assessment of the results of the socio-economic development of production .Based under therse conditions , intensification of direct economic links betveen enterprises in all sectors of the national economy and especially in the oil-and-gas industry, the efficient use of production capacities and ratio of potential stock yield (the avaragevalue of tixed assets) to the most important parameters of efficiency in modern times.
