Abstract
The analysis of warp tension change during production of fabrics with variable density by weft using microprocessor control of fabric removal from the formation zone is carried out. It is established that the dependence of the angular velocity of the regulator shaft in the transition sections from lower to higher density, and vice versa, is well approximated by an exponential dependence. Replacing continuous functions of the angular velocity change of the regulator shaft with their lattice analogs during the analysis made it possible to obtain the dependence of the warp thread tension on the filling parameters of fabric with variable density by weft and the parameters of the adjustment of the commodity regulator, allowing to predict the tension in transient modes of the weaving machine operation.
