The article considers indicators for assessing the effectiveness of managing the labor component: economic, motivational, production. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that nowdays there are a number of problems in the management of labor resources that contribute to a decrease in the productivity of the existing resources use and, in the absence of attractiveness of labor in the industry for potential employees. The relevance of diagnosing the effectiveness of managing the labor component in the regional aspect and at the level of the industry complex is due to the fact that these performance indicators in the aggregate reflect the effectiveness of the management process and the efficiency of labor itself. The analysis of the dynamics of the indicator of motivational efficiency of the labor component management of the Ivanovo region TROK in 2017-2021 was carried out. For comparison, indicators for the region as a whole and in the field of finance and insurance in 2021 were calculated .
