The paper describes the management features of innovative structures. Place and role in the economy of Azerbaijan is based on innovative structures. The structures have been described in the architectural elements of the innovation. The structure of the main issues has been interpreted as an innovative ICT-technology park. The main tasks and functions of the information support system of innovative technology parks are specified. Various blocks, functions and structural elements included in the information support systems of science parks are analyzed.
