Abstract

Proceeding from these realities in clause a comparative context economic efficiency is analysed and the functional importance of the Caspian routes is appreciated. In synthesis geopolitic and economic forces the special accent is made on realization of project Baku-Jeyhan which will allow to get direct access of the Caspian oil on the markets of the Mediterranean and other regions of the world.
