Abstract

Purpose] The aim of the research was to examine the key factors and conditions that influence the successful implementation of digital transformation of public services in various countries, with a focus on the specifics of e-government adoption.[Methodology] The research methodology involved analyzing digitalization strategies in countries such as China, India, Turkey, Brazil, South Korea, and European Union (EU) countries.[Findings] The study found that the success of digital transformation is influenced by factors such as the level of economic development, political will, the availability of digital infrastructure, and the digital literacy of the population.
