Qısa məlumat

Human factor is one of the core topics in maritime transportation industry since statistics show that most of maritime accidents are due to human error. One of the aforementioned research has recently been introduced marine-specific error producing conditions (m-EPCs) values in human error assessment and reduction technique. The m-EPCs values have been derived in accordance with an advanced methodological framework, including accident causation, weighting, decision-making consensus, and statistical validation (Akyuz et al., 2016). The new approach is based on a research project entitled “Human Reliability Analysis and Monitoring System Proposal in Shipboard Operations (H-RAMS)” (Celik et al., 2014).
