The paper provides the analysis of the development of the relationships formed as a result of social capital circulation. It is proved that the specific way of company’s development is formed basing on the economic participation of all agents in business: the state, owners and staff. The role of social capital, which is served by all other types of capital, is grounded as one of the most important components of countries’ and regions’ wealth.
