Abstract
Individual development and conscious career planning are of increasing importance in modern societies, where labour market demands and technological change require continuous adaptation. Coaching as a developmental methodology plays a prominent role in this process, especially in deepening self-awareness, developing personal and professional competences and developing long-term career strategies. The aim of the research is to explore how each generation perceives the role of coaching in developing self-awareness, career planning and career progression. The analysis will not only explore the attitudes and experiences of different generations towards coaching, but also their perceptions of its community-shaping impact. The study focuses on how coaching can serve as an effective tool to adapt to the different needs of different generations, thus promoting conscious self-development and career planning.
