Qısa məlumat

This study aims to look at the constitutional history of the post-Soviet countries and determine if there is a connection between constitutional transformations and the quality of life of the population. Through political legal analysis, this work examines each country’s constitutional journey (from independence to the present day) and pieces this information to data from the Human Development Index reports. The results of the study suggest that no direct relationship between constitutional changes and improvements in the standard of living in post-Soviet states exists. One of the most important changes in the constitutions was associated with the status of the President and the form of government.
